Pizzettas With Pears, Pancetta, and Thyme
Ingredients
2 rectuangular rolls of pizza dough
1 pack edelblu cubes
4 pears
1 cup of pancetta
Extra-virgin olive oil
Salt
Fresh thyme
First, unroll the pizza dough on a baking sheet, and using a pastry cutter, cut out the pizzettas and put them to one side. Pre-heat your oven to 400F. Cut the pears into slices. Brown the pancetta for a few minutes in a non-stick pan with a dash of olive oil and put to one side. Next, place several slices of pear on each pizzetta, followed by the pancetta and the cubes of edelblu. Add salt to taste and then bake the pizzettas for about 20 minutes. Finish by garnishing with fresh thyme and serve.
