King Ludwig Beer Cheese Quesadillas

Ingredients 

  • 4 chicken breasts

  • 1/2 bunch of basil

  • Salt, pepper, and nutmeg

  • 4 oz. sliced bacon

  • 4 tortillas

  • 7 oz. cooked potatoes

  • 1 bunch of spring onions

  • 1 red pepper

  • 3 oz. cream cheese

  • 5 oz. grate King Ludwig Beer Cheese

Preheat your grill. Make sure to wash chicken breasts and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Cover each with a few basil leaves and wrap with bacon slices. Grill it at a medium heat on both sides for about 5 - 6 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil and keep warm. Crush the potatoes coarsely with a masher. Wash garlic, dab dry, and cut into fine rings. Add the pepper and chop finely with the remaining basil leaves. Mix potatoes, onion rings, pepper, basil, cream cheese, and King Ludwig Beer Cheese in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg. Add a little filling to each half of the tortillas and fold together to form a crescent moon. Grill the tortillas 2 minutes from both sides. The bags are halved or partied into thirds. Serve with the chicken breast and basil sprinkled on.
