Sorella Taleggio

Sorella Taleggio has a pale orange colored ring with a fruity, salty, and slightly tangy taste.  After the first bite, there will be an aftertaste of truffles.   With age, Taleggio becomes increasingly full-flavored and buttery.  It can be prepared as a pasta sauce, in an Italian risotto, or on a pizza.  Or enjoy the cheese cubed into a salad with cherry tomatoes and basil.
