Sorella Strawberry Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 8.8 oz. Sorella Mascarpone 

  • 4 egg yolks

  • 2 tbsp. sugar 

  • 8.8 oz. whipped cream

  • 10.6 oz. strawberries 

  • 1 cup milk 

  • 2 tbsp. powdered sugar

  • ½ cup lemon juice

  • ¼ cup of water

  • 12 Lady’s Fingers biscuits 

  • ¼ liqueur (maraschino or strawberry)

  • 3 sheets gelatin

Whip egg yolks and sugar together, then boil the milk and pour over the egg mixture. Return to the heat and cook for a few minutes until thick. Add softened gelatin and then leave the mixture to cool, add the Sorella Mascarpone and whipped cream. Prepare a cold syrup with strawberries, lemon, water, powdered sugar, and liqueur. Compose the Tiramisu by alternating a layer of cream with a layer of biscuits soaked in the strawberry syrup. Do this twice. Garnish with fresh strawberries. Cool and serve.
