Manchego 12 months D.O.

One of the most popular Spanish Cheeses, Manchego, hails from the La Mancha region of Spain. It is labeled with both the D.O. and the PDO (Protected Denomination of Origin). Made with 100% sheep’s milk, it is recognizable for its herringbone rind pattern and vastly changing flavors throughout its aging process. The Castillo Español 12-month Manchego is delectably crumbly in texture with a butterscotch color and a lingering sweet taste.
