Knockanore Oak Smoked Farmhouse Cheddar

This delicious, oak-smoked raw milk cheddar is smoked by using a blend of oak hardwood in a traditional smoking kiln on the farm. Since its inception in 1987, Knockanore Cheddar has won awards, including Gold Medal at the World Cheese Awards and the International Cheese Awards.
