Havarti with JalapeÑo

Havarti Jalapeño is a creamy to yellowish-colored semi-soft cheese with many small, irregular eyes. Consistency is soft, elastic, and sliceable. This cheese is rindless. Taste is mild and buttery, slightly bitter and aromatic, but sharper with age. Havarti flavored with zesty Jalapeño peppers.
