Our Truffle Cheese uses chopped Summer Truffle, which laces our cows’ milk cheese with an earthy base flavor and high notes of spring onion. This cheese is aging beautifully at 9 months old, which shows through complex and long-lived character on the palate. The aroma, of course, is almost as satisfying as the taste itself!
