Red Leicester Wheel

Red Leicester is a traditional, hard English cheese made from cow's milk. It has a bright, orange-red rind, firm body, flaky texture, and the flavor is delicately sweet. This cheese is matured in cloth, the old-fashioned way, to allow better flavor development. Red Leicester is a versatile cheese and is essentially a Cheddar alternative.
